What is parsecd on Mac?

By Junaid, maker of Taskglass · Last reviewed

Fetches suggestions for Spotlight, Safari, Siri and Look Up searches.

parsecd supports search suggestions: it manages data for Siri Suggestions, Spotlight Suggestions, Safari Suggestions, Look Up and image search. Some of these suggestions come from Apple's servers, so network activity here is normal.
