What is replayd on Mac?
By Junaid, maker of Taskglass · Last reviewed
Handles screen and in-app recording and broadcasting for apps that use ReplayKit.
replayd implements ReplayKit's in-app capture, recording and broadcast features on macOS. It's active while an app is recording or broadcasting and idle otherwise. If you're not recording, an app that started a recording session may still be holding it open.
